Personal Training
My approach to personal training goes beyond weights and movement. I look at a client as a whole person. What do you like to do? What do we need to accomplish? While we come up with a plan, I take your lifestyle and any chronic issues into consideration and will modify our sessions as needed.

Guest Speaking/Podcast Guest

I have a big personality and I love to talk about health and fitness. I am comfortable speaking in front of a huge audience of doctors and nurses and love speaking to smaller, more intimate audiences.
